How can I prepare for the Marian Conference? Pray for all who are attending the Marian Conference: for transformation of hearts through our shared love for Jesus in the Holy Eucharist and for the Blessed Mother. 2. What else do I need to do? Bring your Rosary. Also a pen and a notebook if you want to capture points of the speakers, or to journal your experience. 3. Is there enough parking at Church? There is a good number of parking spots at the Church. However, please plan to arrive early because we are expecting a huge crowd based on pre-registrations and inquiries for walk-ins. We also recommend carpooling. 4. Are there separate sessions for the youth (age 11-17)? Yes, but the youth session is already at maximum capacity. Walk-ins can attend the regular sessions with the adults. 5.Are there concurrent sessions in Spanish? Yes, there are concurrent sessions in Spanish for adults. Please refer to the full program for details. 6. Will there be an overflow room if due to the participation level, I cannot be accommodated in the main church for the closing program? Yes, the Hall will be converted to an overflow room starting at 3PM on Saturday. The Mass will be projected on the big screen, and Holy Communion will be served there accordingly. 7. Do I need to bring food? Yes, you need to bring your own dinner/lunch bags. There will be a snack booth on Saturday, but not on Friday. 8. Will there be coffee? Coffee, tea, and water will be available on Saturday, including breakfast items and some snacks. 9. Is there a place for me to fill my own reusable beverage container? There are water fountains located at the church vestibule. 10. I am pre-registered but can I bring someone with me who is not registered? Yes. They would need to register at the Walk-in Registration desk located at the church plaza. 11. Can I make a contribution for the Conference? Absolutely! Thank you for your support, especially as we desire to continue Marian Conference for all our Marian devotees in the greater Bay Area! 12. Is there a dress code? There is no dress code, although we encourage you to dress suited for attending a Mass. We are so excited that there will be an outdoor Marian Procession on Saturday evening. Please consider bringing a light jacket and wear a suitable pair of shoes. 13. Will the Congress be recorded or live streamed? The liturgies and talks in Church will be livestreamed and accessible on YouTube and Facebook. 14. Someone that I registered could not make it, can I send someone in their place? Yes. Please accompany them to the Pre-registered check-in for the original name and explain to the volunteer the situation. 15. When is the next Marian Conference? The Marian Conference in Brentwood, CA is always scheduled on the second weekend of October. Next year, it will be on October 11 and 12, and the theme will be “With Mary, We Praise God for All His Creatures”, in response to the apostolic exhortation of Pope Francis “Laudate Deum” just released on October 4, on the feast of Saint Francis..
