To register, please do any one of the following:
1. Call our parish office at (925) 634-4154. 2. Come to our parish office at 500 Fairview Avenue Brentwood, CA 94513 and fill out and submit our Parish Registration Form. a. Office Hours: Open Monday-Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM b. Click here for directions. 3. Download the Parish Registration Form, fill it out, and submit to the parish office by mail, by fax: 925-516-9340, or by email: aellenberger@ihmbrentwood.com. ***PLEASE NOTE: Registering with FaithDirect for your contributions does not register you in the parish.***
