Dear Families of Immaculate Heart of Mary:
Suffering separates. It leaves those like the woman in today’s
gospel anguishing in physical and emotional pain. Her
community excluded this woman because of her
hemorrhaging, deeming her ritually unclean. By the time she
got to Jesus, the woman must have been exhausted. She
must have tried countless doctors and remedies. Nothing
was working. The woman knew she was not supposed to be
out in the crowd. She knew the judgments people would….

to gather all people around the Heart of Christ in the Eucharist and
the Word of God, and to be disciples in today's world.
